Battle of Shakrasakhka with the Yadava army and its defeat

Naradji says - Rajan! Mahavira Pradyumna then marched along the banks of the Madhudhara River with his Yadava soldiers, playing his victory tunes. Reach the beautiful forest of Kubera on the banks of Suvarna-Giri, which is rich in golden geese and Kanchani creepers. Mithileshwar! The Himalayan caves serve as fortifications for the gods. There the demons do not have access to. The Gangetic plain is overgrown with cane bushes. Sometimes the treasures of the eight ombudsmen, who fled heaven in fear of the demons, reside there. 1-4. A Dev-Shiromani named Shakrasakh is the ruler of that province. Hearing of Pradyumna's arrival, he considered a war with him. The best of the wise men sent by Pradyumna went straight to the city of Shakrasakhki, asking the way of the people who guided him. Arriving at the meeting, the minister, Prabu Uddhava, saluted King Indrasakha and elaborated on what Pradyumra had said. 5 - 7.

Uddhav said that Indra of the Yadavas, Rajadhiraja Ugrasena, the lord of Dwarkapuri, would conquer the kings of Jambudvipa and perform the Rajasuya Yajna. The mighty Rukmininandan Pradyumna, sent by him for victory, has come with his might to conquer India and other years and to conquer Ilavrita. The strength of that Sri Krishna Kumar is great. If you want your pup to be skilled, give them a gift as soon as possible. The greatest of all kings! If you do not give an offering, a war with you will be inevitable. 8-103 |

The angels said, "O Messenger! Listen. Even the gods worship me all the time, so what about humans? I am Siddha, Mahavira, and as mighty as a hundred thousand elephants. I am the custodian of the sovereignty of the eight Ombudsmen. I am as rich a treasure as Kubera and as formidable as Indra. It is Ugrasena who should present me with the best possible solution. I have never given an offering to anyone before, so I will not even give an offering to your king. 11-13 |

Uddhav said, "Like the brilliance of the Yadavas, Kubera has received contempt and has had to offer; like the mighty king of Chaitra, Shringarathilaka, has offered; like the king of Harivarsha, Shubhanga, the lord of Uttarakhand, Gunakar, the demon king of the Daityas, Lankapati, Vatsar, Ketumal, and Shakuni, the great Asuras have offered, Rajana! In the same way, you will also make offerings to Pradyumna when you are in the same predicament as him. 14-16 |

Naradji says - Rajan! Upon hearing the above statement of Uddhav, the mighty warrior replied to Udhava in a furious manner: "Bhagavad Bhakta - Shiromani! Listen. Stay here while I give you the gift. Otherwise, you will not be able to leave. The great This is the truth, this is the truth. 17-18 |

Uddhav said, "We among the ministers are the best and the best in imparting knowledge. It is not good for those who do not follow our teachings. 19. (Vishwajitkhand Chapter 46 to 50)

Naradji says - Rajan! Thus, the emperor placed Uddhav under house arrest there. The Yaduvanshi people were alarmed at Uddhav's failure to return. They all went many days without seeing him. Then hearing the news of Uddhavji's obstruction from my mouth, Lord Pradyumna Hari went to conquer Shakrasakha like Mahadevji, who had traveled to conquer Tripurasura. He was accompanied by all the Yadava brothers and the entire army. Pradyumna reached the entrance of the Suvarnadiki cave. The ten directions echoed with the cacophony of the gallant warriors, the chirping of the horses, and the chirping of the elephants, mingled with the sound of the drummers. The dust from the soldiers' feet also spread everywhere. The army of Shakrasakh started fighting the Yadavas. Fierce warfare ensued, the atmosphere becoming overshadowed by armaments. Nripesvara. Seeing this, all the gods and goddesses living in Mount Meru were terrified. 20-24 |

At this time, in a fit of rage and mounted on a chariot, Mahabali Shakrasakh advanced with an army of ten Akshauhins and started fighting the Yadavas. A fierce battle ensued between the Devas and the Yadavas. The king. At the time of the Prakrit catastrophe, there was a great commotion, as loud as the sound of the four seas colliding. It was pitch dark with the use of weapons. At that time, Baldev's younger brother Rohinandan, armed with a gallant saran, came forward on an elephant, repeatedly bows and arrows, and began to destroy Shakrasakh's army with arrows dropped from his axe. The arrows of the tableau broke several heroes into pieces. On the battlefield, many chariots rolled down and fell like trees. At that time, the pearls of the elephants whose Kumbhsthal was torn apart were falling here and there, and in the darkness of the arrows, those scattered pearls shone like stars at night. With bending horses, foot warriors, and elephants, the battlefield resembled a mausoleum, the playground of Bhoothnath with his ghostly hordes. Seeing the strength of the table, all the gods fled. Their elbows were torn apart, and the armor was torn from all sides. 25-33 |

Seeing his army fleeing, the mighty enemy came there bow and arrow and roared loudly like a cloud. The valiant archer Shakrasakhana shot ten arrows at the battlefield at Arjuna, a hundred at Samba and Aniruddha, two hundred at Gadak and a thousand at Saran. With his arrows, the charioteers spun for a couple of hours just as the potter's wheels spun. That was a wonderful thing. Thus, the horses were consumed by death by circumambulation, the chariot ties loosened, the charioteers felt remorseful, and the charioteers also lost in battle. 34-38 |

Rajendra! At that time, Jambavatinandan Samba came on another chariot, bowing down forcefully. They shattered the bow of Shakrasakha with ten arrows. He sent his charioteers with two arrows and his horses with a hundred arrows to Yamlok, and with a thousand arrows, he also broke his chariot. Angrily, he took the axe from Gajaraja, who was chariot-less when his bow was cut off and the horses and charioteers killed. The mighty enemy struck Sambaki in the chest with the spade. The shock left Samba feeling a bit downcast. 39-42 | (Vishwajitkhand Chapter 46 to 50)

The elephant of Shakrasakh used to fill the legs of one yojana after another. Its colour was black like that of Kajjalgiri and its height was four yojanas. Two of his teeth were protruding from half the planus. He was screaming very loudly. He had three sundials of four yojanas each. Through them, he would knock down shackles, crush elephants and heroes, and destroy chariots and horses with his teeth and feet, looking like Kaala, Antaka, and Yama. The Yadava soldiers fled the battle in terror as they saw the great Gajaraja, inspired by the enemy, approaching and wandering. 43-46 |

At that time Balwan Gadne, the younger brother of Baldevji, took the mace and struck the said Gajraj's Kumbh Sthal with great force with that Vajra-like mace. The blow to his kumbhasala ruptured and the elephant collapsed in the battlefield like a mountain with its wings amputated. That was a wonderful thing. 47-48 |

Subsequently, as soon as Shakrasakha tried to pick up the mace in a fit of rage, Gadane hit him in the chest with his mace. That stroke caused him to fall with the elephant and become numb. Then he got up and picked up the mace with both hands on the battlefield. Both Gada and Shakrasakha thus engaged in a mace fight, as if two Mallas were fighting in a theatre and two elephants in a forest. Baldev's younger brother Balwan Gada then picked up the hero with both his arms and forcefully threw him a hundred yojanas up into his city. At that time, there was cheering in the Yadava army, thunderous cheers of victory, and repeated praises of the gada. 49-53 |

Thus was completed the forty-seventh chapter of the Narada Bahulashva-Samvad under the Vishwajit Khanda in the Srigargha Samhita, the 'Battle of Shakrasakha'. 47.
