English translation

Sribalram Kavach

Duryodhana said, "Your Majesty." Grant me the divine shield that Dhiman Gargacharya gave to the Gopis, protecting them in every way. 1.

The sage Pradvipaka said - let a man bathe in water and wear silk clothes, sit on a cushion, and purify the mantras by wearing the sacred thread of Kush on his hands. Thereafter, may Achyutagraj pay obeisance to Lord Balaram by remembering him. Then concentrate the mind and put on the mantral armour. 2.

May God protect me from the enemies, the Lord who is the Lord of Golokdham, whose chanting is most holy. May those on whose heads the earth seems like mustard protect me in the Lord's earth. May Lord Haldar always protect me in the army and in battle. May the Muslim God protect me in the fort and the Adidev God protect me in the Sankarshana forest. May the Lord of waters and the Lord of sapphires, who restrains the flow of the Yamuna, continue to protect me. May Lord Rama protect me in Vayu (storm). May Lord Baldev in the void (sky) and Lord Anantavapu in the great ocean protect me always. May Lord Vasudeva protect me on the mountains. May the Lord protect me in times of great strife, the Lord of a thousand heads, the Lord of grace in sickness, and the Lord of adversity. May the Lord always protect me from Kama (desire), the enemy of Dhenukasura. May the God who strikes the duality protect me always from the wrath, the God who is the enemy of the falcon, the God of greed, and the God of the enemy of the germ. May Lord Vrishnidhury always protect me in the morning, Lord Mathurapuri-Nareesh in the morning (ascending the day of Prahar), Gopasakha in the afternoon and Swarat Bhagwan in the afternoon (past the day). May Lord Phanindra always protect me in the evening and during the time of supreme sorrow. May the almighty protect me always at midnight and at the time of Pratyusha. May I always be protected by Revatipati in the corners, Prahlabhasura's enemies in the directions, Yaduvaha below, Balabhadra above, and Lord Baldevji in all directions, far or near. May Purushottama protect me from within and Mahabal Nagendralil from outside forever and may the perfect God, the great Hari himself, always reside in my heart and protect me always in the best form. 3-11 | (Shribalabhadrakhand chapter 7 to 13)

Consider this excellent armour of Shri Balabhadra Ji as the Siddhasana, the destroyer of the fear of gods and demons, the direct form of fire to burn the fuel of sin, and the destroyer of the components of obstacles. 12.

Thus was completed the twelfth chapter in the dialogue of Sri Pradvipaka Muni and Duryodhana under the Sri Balabhadra Khanda in the Srigarghasamhita, titled 'Sri Balaramakavacha'. 12.
