Observation of the Yajna-worthy dark horse

Rajarshi Ugrasena was amazed to hear this eloquent saying of Devarshi Naradaji, says Shri Gargaji. He said to them with a smile. 1.

The king said, "O Lord! I will perform the Ashwamedha Yajna. Go and see the horse that is worthy of this sacrifice in my stables. Pick it up from among the many horses. 2.

Hearing this, the king said, "Very good," and Devarshi Narada went to the stables with Lord Krishna to see horses worthy of sacrifice. There he saw many beautiful horses in shades of purple, black, black, and lotus. Then they went on from there to the other stables. Many horses with milk, water, turmeric, saffron and palash flowers were seen there. Many of the horses were painted red. Many of the organs were as clean as crystal. All of them were equally fast as the beads. Many horses were of the same color as green and copper. Some of the horses were kushumbha-like in color, and others had parrot feathers. Some were red like Indra Gopa, some were golden and many were full moon like Dhaval Kantiwale and Divya. Many of the horses were painted vermilion. Many of the kites looked like a flaming fire. Many of the horses were as bright as the morning sun. O Lord! Naradji was amazed to see such horses. They laughed and spoke to King Ugrasena, including Krishna. 3 - 8.

Narada said, "Your Majesty! All of your horses are very beautiful. There are no such horses anywhere else on Earth. Such horses are also not seen in the heavens and the netherworld. It is the grace of Lord Krishna that such horses adorn your stables. But in all this, not a single horse is seen who is dark-skinned. 9-10 |

King Ugrasena was sorrowful when he heard the words of Devarshika, says Srigargaji. They thought to themselves, "How will my yajna be now?" Seeing the king sad, Lord Madhusudana smiled and soon spoke in a serious voice like a cloud. 11-12 |

Krishna said, "The king. Listen to me and leave all your worries and go to my stables and see the dark-haired horse. 13.

- Hearing this, Nripatreshtha Ugrasena went to his stables with Krishna and Devarshi Narada. There he saw thousands of sacrificial black horses, with yellow tails, as bright as the crescent moon, and as swift as speed beads. All of them had faces that looked like gold. The king was greatly astonished to see such a virtuous, omnipotent and divine horse. Excited by the great joy, he bowed his head to Lord Krishna. 14-163 | (Ashwamedh Khand Chapter 6 to 10)

The king! Hearing this, Srihari, who was wearing a rainbow, spoke thus to the king. 19.

Lord Krishna said, "O Lord! At my command, take one of these bright black horses, like the moon, and begin the sacrifice. 20.

When Sriharika heard this order, the king said to him, "Lord!" says Sri Gargaji. Now I will perform the ritual of Kratusreshtha Ashvamedha. Having said this, he went to the court with Krishna and Narada. There, Narada, accompanied by Tumburu, bid farewell to Krishna, blessed the king, and went to Brahmaloka. 21-22 |
