English translation
The offering of a horse with a gift to Pradyumna by Anushalva and the abduction of the horse by the Balwa demon.
Seeing their fight, the Yadavs said to each other, "Anushalva is blessed," says Shrigarji. 'The enemy soldiers started discussing among themselves that 'Gadas are great heroes. 'They were all talking in such a way that the donkey woke up and said, 'Where did my enemy go from the battlefield by hitting me!' Where'd you go? '. 1-2.
Saying this, he grabbed Anushalva by the hand, pulled her in a rage, and hurled her near Aniruddha. Anushalva fell on her face and lost her moustache. Seeing this, Aniruddha himself awakened her by sprinkling water and stirring the dish. At the same time, Asureshvara Anushalva woke up with a frown and, seeing the most beautiful Krishna-putra with a cloud-like dark complexion in front of him, bowed to him and said, 'Lord Krishna-putra Aniruddha! You have saved my life, so forgive me for the crime I have committed. Sachchidananda Swaroopam is a salutation to Lord Vasudeva. There is a salutation to the Sankranti. Salutations to Pradyumna and also salutations to Aniruddha. Take your horse, and I will go with you to defend it. ' 3-73 |
Saying this, he went to the city and returned the horse to Aniruddha. At the same time, ten thousand elephants, one hundred thousand horses, fifty thousand chariots, and a thousand shepherds presented themselves to him. Oh dear Lord! Apart from these, King Anushalvan offered a thousand camels, a thousand cows (vanagai or gharroj), two thousand lions in a cage, a thousand hunting dogs, a thousand camps (tent-kanat), a hundred thousand bow and arrow rings, ten thousand curtains, a hundred thousand milch cows, a thousand loads of gold, four loads of bearings of silver, and a load of pearls to Aniruddha. Aniruddha was then overjoyed and presented him with a jewel necklace. 8-13 | (Ashwamedh Khand Chapter 21 to 25)
O Lord! The king of Manipur and Bhupala of Ratnapura captured the horse but abandoned it in fear of Aniruddha. The king! He left all the nations without superior horsemen and went to Prachi, where the demon king Balvala resided. Hearing the news of the sacrificial horse from the mouth of this daitya Naradaji, he destroyed the yajna at Naimisharanya and soon returned to his city. On the way, he saw the sacrificial horse drinking water from the Triveni at Prayag Tirtha. The king! On seeing him, Balwale no longer cared about Lord Krishna and quickly caught him. At the same time, all the warriors of the Vrishnivamsa arrived in Chitrakoot after crossing the Charmanvati River while having a darshan of Dandakaranya. There at Shri Ram Kshetra, after making a donation, all those who followed the horse came to Prayag, the Tirtha king. 18-23 |
The king! Arriving there, the noblest of Yadava heroes saw the horse with the letter being forcefully held by the demonic demon Balvala. The bulb looked like a pile of blue ink. The height of his body was of two yojanas. The fierce giant's eyes looked like those of coal. His beard and moustache looked like a scorched copper lamp. His face looked terrible because of the big beard and the fierce bark. The anti-Brahmin demon was hiding his tongue and had the strength of ten thousand elephants. On seeing him, the Yadavas and the Pallavas were filled with indignation and exclaimed, "Oh! Who are u? Where will you go with this sacrificial animal of ours? So let it go quickly, or we will kill you in battle. Hearing this, the demon said, 'Men! Listen to me. " 24-28 |
Balwal said, "I am Balwal, the demon who afflicts the gods, before whom all men are troubled by fear." 29.
Hearing this, the Yadavas started shooting at Balwal with arrows. Nareshwar. Balwal, along with the horse, suddenly disappeared after being hit by their arrows. 30.
