English translation
The fierce battle between Anushalva and the Yadava heroes
Sriganganji says - Rajan! Aniruddha was overjoyed when he heard the words of Sandipani Munika. He put his heart at the feet of Lord Krishna and said to the sage, "Prabu! Your preaching sword destroyed my arch-enemy. Now come to Shrikrishnapuri Dwarka with your son today. " 1-2.
On hearing this, Sage Sandipani went to Dwarkapuri on a chariot with the son given to him by Lord Krishna. He was held in high esteem by Balarama and Krishna at Dwarkapuri. He was ritually worshipped by all the Yadavas and Bhojraj Ugrasena. 3-4.
Saying this, he left the city with an army of ten Akshauhins, treating the Yadavas as if they were elephants. At the same time the whole tribe saw the great army coming forward and shooting arrows, so they also started shooting arrows. In that battlefield, fierce fighting ensued between the two armies by means of swords, arrows, power, and trenches. Anushalvaki's army went on the run. Seeing this, Mahabali Anushalvan stopped him and came to the battlefield by himself in a chariot, sounding like a lion. Seeing him, Sreekrishnanandan Deeptiman immediately came forward to fight him. Anushalva, seeing Deeptiman on the battlefield, was filled with indignation and struck him with ten arrows fired from his bow. It is as if an obstacle had hit an elephant with its claws. Deeptiman's arm was mutilated and covered in blood as he was struck by the arrows. He immediately picked up the bow and angrily took ten arrows in his hands. Putting those arrows on the staff, Deeptiman released them. The king. The arrows pierced through Anushalva's body and came out, as if many eagles had left the nest and gone out suddenly. Wounded by the arrows, Anushalva fainted on the battlefield; all his soldiers' lips fluttered in fury, and they inflicted brilliant blows on the battlefield with outlandish weapons and arrows. At that time, Bhanu, the son of Srihari, came and destroyed all the enemies with his arrows, just as Bhanu (Surya) destroyed the clouds of fog. Then all the soldiers of Anushalva ran away. O Lord! At the same time, an enraged minister named 'Prachanda' of Anushalva attacked Satyabhama Kumar Bhanu with force on the battlefield. That force pierced Bhanu's chest and fell to the ground, and they too fell down from the chariot, moustached in the battlefield. 10-22 | (Ashwamedh Khand Chapter 21 to 25)
Seeing such admiration, Samba burst into fury there. They soon arrived there in a chariot, clasped in their hands. Samba shot a hundred arrows and crushed the entire chariot, including Prachanda's flag, chariot, and horses. When the chariot was destroyed, Randurmad came with a mighty mace to slay his enemy Sambako as if the kite had broken on fire. Seeing him, Samba cut off his head on the battlefield with the same arrow, as bright as the moon and the sun. Oh dear God! At that time, his army was in a state of panic. 23-27 |
Anushalva then stood up after giving up his fainting within two hours. He saw that my minister was killed in battle at the hands of Sambak. Seeing this, the king mounted an ambush on the chariot, armed with a bow and sword, and with four arrows, blew four horses of Samba, its flag with two arrows, the chariot with three arrows, the bow with five arrows, and the chariot with thirty arrows. When the bow was cut off, the chariot was destroyed, and the horses and charioteers were killed, Jambavatikumar Samba mounted another chariot and began to shine. He then angrily took a bow and struck his enemy on the battlefield with a hundred arrows, as if the eagle had struck the serpent with its wings. Anushalva's chariot was also broken by the blow, the horse went into the gallows, the charioteer died, and Anushalva himself was wiped out in the battlefield. Then all his soldiers, armed with lyrical wings and brimming arrows like venomous serpents, launched a furious attack on Samba. 28-34 |
Seeing Sambako alone on the battlefield, Krishna's son Madhu was filled with fury and came to the battlefield on a pigeon-colored horse. Rajendra! Madhu, along with Samba, roamed the battlefield for half an hour, killing all the evil enemies with the edge of the sword. Anushalvan then rose from his knees and, seeing his defeat, suddenly purified himself with water, determined to kill all the enemies. He had learnt Brahmastra from Mayasura, but he did not know how to cure it. However, he angrily negotiated the Brahmastra when he found himself in dire straits. The fierce and great fierceness of the weapon burned up all three worlds - the twelve suns began to spread out into the same space. Burning with his fierce fury, all the Yadavas went to Pradyumna Kumar Aniruddha and said, "Narahare! The great Save us from this misery. 'Rajan. Then Rukmavatikumara Vira Aniruddha gave them all refuge and calmed the Brahmastra by firing the Brahmastra enraged in the battlefield. 35-41 |
Anushalvan then opened fire with a firearm. Under the influence of that weapon, the celestial sphere was engulfed by fire. The entire land started burning with fire, as if the Khandwa forest had been engulfed in flames. Seeing this, the mighty Aniruddha then used the weapon of war. It produced heavy clouds, and their torrents of rain extinguished the fire. Frogs, cuckoos, peacocks, and storks, etc., at that time, knowing the arrival of the rainy season by Mahameghonda, began to express their inner happiness by talking again and again. Then the elusive Anushalvan used the Northwest Weapon. Seeing this, Aniruddha started fighting with mountain weapons everywhere. 42-45 |
Anushalvan then, armed with a heavy mace laden with a thousand weights, angrily said to Aniruddha, the crown prince of the knights on the battlefield, "Rajendra! There is no hero in your army who is skilled in mace fighting. Bring him before me quickly, if any. " 46-47 |
Hearing this, the great mace-bearer looked up at Aniruddha and said, "Daitya-Raja! There are many heroes in this army who have mastered all the weapons. Do not boast, for you are alone in the battlefield. The monster! If you don't listen to me, fight me first, then see others. 48-50 | (Ashwamedh Khand Chapter 21 to 25)
Nareshwar. Saying this, Gaddane grabbed a strong mace weighing lakhs and hit Anushalva on the head and chest with it. Anushalvan also struck the donkey with a mace on the battlefield. Then both of them, out of anger, started hitting each other with their respective daggers. Just then, the donkey picked up Anushalva and flipped her around a hundred times, throwing her into the sky. Anushalva fell to the earth. Rajendra! After that, he too grabbed the Rohini Kumar donkey and rubbed it heavily on the ground. It was a sight to behold. Gaddane then grabbed an elephant and threw it at Anushalva. Anushalvan, coming on top of him, grabbed the elephant by the hand and again hit it on the donkey. They both started to hurt each other with sharp blows to their knees and punches. The two were trapped on the ground by both of them. Then both of them fell down and became unconscious. 51-56 |
