The slaying of Shishupala's friends Dayuman and Shakta

Srinardji says - Rajan! Shishupala, along with his army, defied his parents and marched out of Chandrikapura. Such is the nature of the wicked. With his seven 'Vahini' and 'Dhvajini' armies, Duman and Shakta emerged. The names of the two ministers of Shishupala were Rang and Ping. They both came out of the city for the battle with 'Pratana' and 'Akshauhini' armies respectively. 1-2.

O Lord! Shishupala's army had been sailing like the ocean of the Holocaust. On seeing him, the Yaduvanshi warriors came forward to sail across the sea, making Lord Krishna their ship. Inspired by Shishupala, Mahabali marched forward with a 'vahini' army and engaged the Yadava warriors in battle. The battlefield was darkened by artillery fire from both armies. So much dust fell from the mounts that the sky was covered. O Lord! As they ran, the horses jumped and set their feet on the heads of the elephants, and the wounded elephants marched through the battlefield, knocking down enemies with their feet and throwing them around with their spikes. Her head was embroidered with musk and vermilion, and a red swing adorned her back. Infantrymen were being crushed by arrows, maces, spears, swords, spears, and power cuts. His legs, knees and arms were amputated. The king! Someone would break horses into two pieces in battle with his sharp sword. Many heroes would grab the tusks of elephants, climb on their heads, and tear apart mahouts and elephant riders like lions. Many Mahavali mounted warriors would trap groups of elephants, brandish swords at enemy soldiers, and disperse them. It looked like the horses did not touch their backs at all. They rode on horses at lightning speed, like nuts. 3-11 |

The Akrurs came forward seeing the rapid attack of the enemy forces. He presented the scene of Durdin (rain) by the rain of arrows. Dumanay also overshadowed Akrur with a shower of arrows dropped from his bow - just as a cloud covers the rainy sun. Gandini's son Akrur, out of anger, defeated the vans of Diuman and struck the hero with power. Due to the blow, Diuman's limb was torn off. He lost his consciousness for two hours. But that strong friend of Shishupala soon rose again and started a war. The two men grabbed a heavy mace made of iron and struck Akrur's chest, thundering like a cloud. His heart pounded in agony at the thought of being hit. It was then that Yuyudhana (Satyaki) appeared, repeatedly bowing his bow. They shot a single arrow into the game and immediately beheaded Diuman. When Diuman fell, his brave soldiers fled from the battlefield. 12-17 | (Vishwajitkhand chapter 6 to 10)

At the same time, seeing his army fleeing, Sakta arrived there. He hurled a sudden spear at the wise warrior. Yudhishthira cut the spear into a hundred pieces with his arrows. Shakta then raised the alarm and hit Yudhishthira. Arjuna's comrades, Yudhishthira, were silent for a moment. Just then, Mahabali hero Kritavarma arrived there. He shot an arrow and crushed the chariot of Shakta along with the horse. Sakta then also crushed the chariot of Kritavarma Uttama with a mace wound. The king! Kritavarman left the chariot, captured Shakti in fury, and threw a yojana away, throwing it down with both hands. On the fall of Shakta on that battlefield, both his ministers Ranga and Ping, under the command of Shishupala, came down with the 'Prathana' and 'Akshauhini' armies respectively, firing arrows and crushing the enemy in battle. Maithileshwar! It seemed as if the gods of fire and air had come together. Yadavendra Pradyumna, as mighty as his father, spoke in his bow and arrow at the sight of the formidable army of the two. 18-25 |

Pradyumna said, "O warriors! I will go forward in the battle with the colours and the ping, for the colours and the ping appear to be of great strength. 26.

Srinardji says, "Hearing this from Pradyumna, Lord Krishna's mighty son, the moralist Mahabahu Bhanu, came forward and spoke to his elder brother. 27.
