English translation

The journey of the Yadava army in Gaya, Gomati, Sarayu, and the Gangetic plains, Kashi, Prayag, and Vindhya; the handshakes and marriages of the eighteen great sons of Krishna; the samadars of Pradyumna and others in Mathura, Shurasena districts, and Nanda-Gokul.

Srinardji says - Rajan! Srikrishna Kumar Pradyumna then went to Gaya with his soldiers and bathed in the Phalgun River. Then proceeded from there to conquer the other doshas. Hearing of Jarasandha's defeat, the other kings, horrified at the time, came to Pradyumna's refuge and offered them gifts. 1-2.

Through Gomati and Punyasalila Sarayuke, Pradyumraji came to Kashipuri on the banks of the Ganges. There, the Panigraha (rival) Kashiraja went hunting and was captured there. Kashiraja, on hearing that Pradyumra's army was large, also made offerings to him. 3-4.

The king! The mighty Pradyumna then moved with his troops to the Kosala district and garrisoned his army at Nandigram near Ayodhya. Kosala king Naggaraja, who was a philosopher, worshipped Shambarari Pradyumna by giving many horses, elephants, chariots, and great wealth. The lord of the north, Deepatam, the king of Nepal, Gaja, and the lord of the vast city, Barahini, all presented them. The lord of Naimisharanya was a great devotee of Bhagavad and a connoisseur of the influence of Krishna. They offered a sacrifice to Pradyumra with folded hands. After this, Srikrishna Kumar went to Prayag and there he made a great donation by bathing in the Papanasini Triveni, as he knew the influence of the Tirtha king. Twenty thousand elephants, one million horses, four lakh chariots, ten billion cows adorned with golden garlands and golden garments, ten loads of gold, one lakh pearls, two lakh Navaratnas, one million garments and two lakh Kashmiri shawls and new blankets were given to the Brahmins by Pradyumna at Haripriya Tirtha Raj. 5-12 | (Vishwajitkhand chapter 16 to 20)

Mithileshwar! King Poundrak of the Karusha country was an enemy of Lord Krishna, however, he too, being suspicious, worshipped Shri Krishna Kumar. All the kings there were terrified when they heard of Pradyumra's arrival in the land of Panchal and Kanyakubja. Everyone closed the doors of their respective castles. Everyone was afraid of Yadav Raj and took shelter in the fort. There were many people who ran away. King Dirghabahu Uttama, the ruler of Vindhya, came to the army of Shambarari Pradyumra to make a treaty. 13-16 |

Dirghabahu said, "You all have come for the victory of Yadavendra; so fulfill my wish." This will give me a sense of satisfaction. The glass jar filled with water should be pierced with an arrow, but not a drop of water should fall and the arrow should remain standing in it, the jar should not crack, such that the one with the spirit in his hands should show this handshake. I will give my daughters in marriage to those who fulfill this promise of mine. All of you are proficient in Yadavendra Gana Dhanurveda. I too had heard before Naradji that the yadugas are very powerful. 17-20 |

Naradji says - Rajan! All the people were amazed at what the king had said. Pradyumna, the best of the archers among them, assured the king of Vindodesha in a packed assembly, "Tathastu (so be it)." 'Pradyumraji planted a big bamboo in two places on the earth and drew the same line between them (like an aragani). Then he hung a glass jar full of water in the rope with all the good men watching. Then that Srikrishna Kumar picked up the bow and saw it well and fixed the arrow on its string. He released the arrow and pierced through the glass jar, settling it halfway through. Both the mouth and wings were visible on the same side. The arrow, suspended in a glass jar, adorned itself like a ray of sunlight entering a cloud. It was an amazing sight. Like the fruit of a tree, the pot was neither broken, nor moved from its place; it trembled, nor did a drop of water fall from it. Woe to you! Lord Pradyumna then adjusted the second arrow. He, too, left the place of the first arrow and settled in the same pot. 21-26 |

Samba then took the bow and fired five arrows. They also pierced through the glass jar and placed it halfway out. Satyakina then took a bow and shot a single arrow, but in front of everyone, the glass jar was shattered. Seeing this, all the Yadavas and other soldiers began to laugh loudly and said, 'Just be, you are a great archer on this earth, like Arjuna the Kartavirya; Arjuna, Bharat, and Shriramchandraji are also defeated before you. Or you are Tripurahanta Rudra. Drona, Bhishma, Karna and Parashurama will also give up on you. " 27-30 |

Then Aniruddha, the best of the archers, hanging the other vessel, went under him and shot a light arrow at him, looking at him intently. The arrow also pierced through the container and landed halfway through it. Deepti raised her bow and shot an arrow at the pot, hanging a stone five hands high in the sky. That arrow also penetrated the lower part of the vessel and hit the stone above, leaving the arrow with Aniruddha in front, and then quickly settled in the vessel itself. However, not a drop of water fell from the vessel due to the velocity of the arrow. Even when the arrow came and went, not a drop of water fell, all the heroes saw this miracle and began to thank him again and again. 31-35 |

Bhanu then took a good look at the character - the spear. Then, with all eyes closed, he took the bow and shot it from a distance. The archer also penetrated the container at that time, making it subside, and then immediately turned its face upwards to make it half-exposed; even then, not a drop of water fell from the arrow's velocity and the container could not explode. It was a wonderful thing that happened. Thus all the eighteen great sons of Lord Krishna pierced the pot, but the water did not seep out. 36-39 | (Vishwajitkhand chapter 16 to 20)

The king of Bindusara, Dirghabahu, was amazed by this handshake. He bestowed his eighteen daughters of Sulochana on them. During their marriage, the Gandharvas sang songs and the apsaras danced, playing conch shells, bheri, and anak. The gods showered them all with joyous flowers and the heavenly beings showered praise on them. King Dirghabahu gave sixty thousand elephants, one billion horses, one million chariots, one hundred thousand maids, and four hundred thousand shepherds as dowry. Yadukulatilaka Pradyumna sent all that dowry to Dwarkapuri. 40-44 |

Thereafter, Pradyumna went to the Nishadha country with the permission of Dirghabahu. Maithil! The name of the king of Nishadha was Virasena. He also made a gift to Mahatma Pradyumna. Similarly, Brihatsena, the ruler of Bhadradesha, who was a devout devotee of Sri Krishna and a beloved devotee of Sriharika, along with his army, performed a solemn worship of Pradyumna. Then he went with troops to the districts of Mathur, Shurasena, and Madhu. There he was welcomed and returned to Mathura. He then went to Vrajma, circling Mathura with the forests. The king! There he found great beauty by saluting Gopa-Gopi, Yashoda, Vrajeswara Nandaraja, Vrishabhanu, and Upanandu. He stayed in Nanda-Gokul for many days, being honored by the Nandarajas with repeated offerings and gifts. 45-50 |

Thus was completed the eighteenth chapter in the Narada Bahulashva-Samvad under Vishwajit Khand in the Srigarghasamhita, titled 'Conquest of Mathura and Shurasena Districts'. 18.
