Sri Balarama Stotra
Duryodhana said, "Mahamuni Pradvipakji! Now please tell me the hymn of Lord Sri Balarama, which is the one that directly grants all the siddhis. 1.
The sage Pradvipaka said, "O king! Balramji's Stotra is composed by Shri Vedavyasji, it is also supposed to bestow all the siddhis and moksha on humans. Listen to this auspicious hymn. 2 | (Shribalabhadrakhand Chapter 7 to 13)
"Oh dear God! Oh my goodness! Kaampal! Hello there. O Balramji! You are truly eternal and Sheshji, salutations to you. You are the earth-bearer, the perfect Brahman, the self-luminous, the hand-held, the cross with a thousand heads. My salutations to you are eternal. Purushreshtha Balaram Ji! You are the elder brother of Lord Achyuta, the lord of Revati, the plow is your weapon, and you are the destroyer of Prahlabhasura. You protect me. My repeated salutations to Lord Balarama, Balabhadra and Taladhvaja. You are blonde, wearing a sapphire, the Kumar of Rohini; salute to you. You are the enemy and destroyer of Dhenukasura, Mushtikasura, Kuta, Balvala, Rukmi, Kupakarna, and Kumbanda. You are the piercer of Kalindi, the charm of Hastinapur, the slayer of the double monkeys, the king of the Yadavas, and the embellisher of the Vraja Mandala. You have slain the brothers of Kansa, you are the master of all and a pilgrim. You are the direct guru of Duryodhana. O Lord! Protect me, protect me, protect me. Oh dear! Your Jai Ho, Jai Ho. O Most High God! You yourself are glorified in infinity and direction. You are the best of gods, sages and lords of serpents. My salutations to Bhagwan Balram Ji who wears the plough and the muslin. A person who recites this stvarajam continuously attains the Paramapada of Sriharike. In the world, he is endowed with all the forces that can subdue the enemy, and he is endowed with wealth and an abundance of relatives. 3-11 |
