The slaying of Prahlabhasura by Baldevji and an introduction to his past life

Srinardji says - Rajan! Thus, after hearing the Sahasranamastotra of Yamunaji, Veerabhupa-Shiromani Mandhata saluted Saubharimuni and went to Ayodhyapuri. Here I described to you the auspicious character of the gopis, the avenger of great sins and the benefactor of virtue. Tell me, what else do you want to hear? . 1-2.

Bahulashva said, "O Brahman! I heard your excellent description of the character of the Gopis. At the same time, he listened to the calendar of the Yamuna, which is the destroyer of great sins. Explain the beautiful pastimes that Lord Krishna, the lord of the real world, performed with Balaram in the celestial realm. 3-4.

Srinardji said, "Rajan! One day, while grazing his cows along with Shribalram and Gwal-Haar, Shri Krishna started playing child-friendly games on the banks of Yamuna river in Bhandirwan. While making children play outdoor games, Shri Krishna Manohar used to take a walk in the forest taking care of the cows. (In this game, some boys would become vehicle horses, etc., and some would ride on their backs.) ) At that time, the demon sent by Kansaka came there in the form of a cowherd. The other children could not recognize him, but his love for Lord Krishna was not hidden. The boy who lost the game would put the winner on his back; but when Balramji won, no one was willing to put him on his back. At that time, it was Prahlabhasura who began to carry them on his back from the Bhandiravana to the Yamuna. There was a certain place where the lad who carried the lad would unload the lad on his back; but even after reaching the place of unloading the bull, he decided to carry them to Mathura without unloading them. It took a terrible form like a thick mass of clouds and became as inaccessible as a huge mountain. Sitting on the daitya's back, the beautiful Balramji had kantiman kundals moving in his ears. It was as if a full moon had risen in the sky or lightning flashed in the clouds. Mahabali Baldevji got very angry on seeing that terrible demon. They punched him on the head, as if Indra had struck a mountain with a Vajra. The giant's head exploded like a mountain, struck by lightning, and it suddenly collapsed, shaking the earth. A huge flame came out of his body and merged with Balramji. At that time, the gods started showering flowers of Nandanvan on Balramji. Oh dear God! There were shouts of joy on the earth and in the sky. The king! This is how I described to you the most wonderful character of Shri Baldevji. What more do you want to hear? . 5-14 |

Bahulashwa asked, "Munna! Who was that fierce demon in a previous life? And why was he freed from the hands of Baldevji? . 15. (Madhurikand chapters 20 to 24)

Srinardji said, "Rajan! The Yakshagana king Kubera had set up a garland for the worship of Lord Shiva in his beautiful forest and arranged for the protection of those flowers by deploying Yakshas here and there; however, the beautiful and bright flowers of that garland were broken by the people. Enraged by this, the mighty Yakshagana king Kubera cursed - 'The Yakshas who will take the flowers of this flower or others who will commit the crime of plucking the flowers, gods and humans, etc., will suddenly become demons on the earth from my curse.' 'One day, 'Vijay', the son of a Gandharva named Huhu, wandered through the pilgrimages and came to the forest with a Chaitra chariot, singing the virtues of Lord Vishnu along the way. He had a harp in his hand. Poor Gandharva did not know about the curse, so he took some flowers from there. As soon as he took the flower, he renounced the Gandharva form and became an Asura. Then he immediately went to the refuge of Mahatma Kubera and prayed for relief from the curse slowly by doing namaskara and joining both hands. Rajendra! Then, pleased with him, Kubera also granted a boon - 'Honorable! You are a devotee of Lord Vishnu and a peace-minded Mahatma, so do not grieve. There is no doubt that you will be liberated from the hands of Baldevji on the banks of the Yamuna at Bhandir-Van at the end of Dwapara. " 16-23 |

Srinardji says - Rajan! Huhu's son, the great asura Gandharva of Vijaynama, became dependent on Kubera and attained supreme salvation. 24.
