English translation

A fierce battle between the Yadavas and the Kauravas

Srigarji says - Rajan. Along with Bhishma, Drona, and Kripa, Duryodhana, seeing the broken masks of his heroes, said angrily, "Surprisingly, the lowly Yadava himself fell to death. Don't they know the great strength of the foolish King Dhritarashtra? '. 1-2.

Having said this, Duryodhana sent his Chaturangini army consisting of horses, elephants, chariots, and foot warriors to face the Yadavas in battle. That huge army advanced forcefully, shaking the ground with ten axes and terrorizing the enemy. Seeing him arrive, Jambavatinandan Samban, adorned with heroes, excitedly inspired his army to fight. 3 - 5. (Ashwamedh Khand Chapter 46 to 50)

Then all the Kauravas built the Crunchwayuha for their protection and stood in it. Bhishma stood in his forehead and Acharya Drona in his cervix. Both wings were replaced by Karna and Shakuni, with Duryodhana in the tail. In the middle of that cronyway stood a large army of Kauravas with Chaturanga soldiers. When the Yadavas saw that a formidable army had been formed for the enemy, they were alarmed by the battle and, while observing the army, said to Sambas, "You must also make an army with great effort. Samba was very skilled in the art of warfare. He did not build an army on the battlefield without counting the Kauravas, despite hearing about the tactics of his soldiers. 6-10 |

Nareshwar. For two hours the whole earth trembled violently as the armies of the two sides marched to battle. The two armies immediately engaged in a pitched battle, and the sound of conch shells was heard. The sound of bows and arrows was heard everywhere. There were elephants chirping and horses howling. The knights chanted and the wheels of the chariots made a noise. The footfall of the soldiers plunged the battlefield into darkness. The sky became murky and the sun stopped shining there. Then a fierce battle ensued between the two armies. Soldiers on both sides of the battlefield began to fire arrows, maces, girdles, shatnis, shaktis, and sharp arrows at each other. The Gajarohis fought the Gajarohis, the charioteers, the mounted horsemen, and the foot warriors. 11-16 |

As darkness fell from the arrows, the archers, the brave sambas, shot arrows and fought with Bhishma on the battlefield and Karna on the battlefield. Yudhishthira fought with Shakuni, Sarana fought with Dronacharya, and Satyaki fought with Duryodhana in the battlefield. Bali clashed with Dushasana and Kritavarma with Bhuri. Thus began a fierce duel between them. Samba then, in a fit of rage, rebuked his strong bow and thundered, causing the hearts of the knights to tremble. They first saluted Lord Krishna and released ten arrows. Bhishma cut off the arrows that had landed on him with his sickles. In the battlefield, Samba then shot back ten golden arrows into Bhishma's armour. He sent all four of his horses to Yamlok with four shields and broke the staff with ten arrows. Devastated at the cutting of the bow and the slaughter of the horses and charioteers, Bhishma suddenly got up and took up the mace in a fit of rage. Then Samba said, 'You are on foot, so how will I fight you?' I will give you a second chariot on the battlefield. The best of the best. Take your armed chariot from me on the battlefield and conquer my foolish shamelessness. Because you are old, you are always venerable to me. " 17-26 |

Hearing this, Bhishma's feet trembled with anger. They gnashed their teeth and licked their lips, their eyes red, and said to Samba, 'When I fight on the chariot you have given me, I will be disgraced, and I will have sin and hell.' The Pratigraha is taken by the Brahmana. We have been considered as donors. We had earlier given the kingdom to the Yadavas by grace. Hearing them, Samba replied angrily, "Seeing a Chakravarti ruler on the ground, the Mandaleswaras, out of fear, cede their kingdom to him. (But by doing so they are not considered donors.) ) '. 27-30 | (Ashwamedh Khand Chapter 46 to 50)

Nareshwar. Hearing this, Shurashiromani Bhishma hit Samba on the chest with his heavy mace. Disturbed by the injury to the donkey, Samba fainted. Sarathi placed them in a chariot and, fearing for their lives, escorted them out of the battlefield. Nripesvara. At the same time, there was a great uproar in the Yadava army. Bhishma mounted another chariot, took up the armour and the throne, killed the Yadavas on the way, and soon approached Duryodhana. Rajendra! In that battle, Satyaki rendered Duryodhana chariot-less with brilliant arrows with lyrical wings. Even though he was chariotless, Duryodhana quickly climbed onto another chariot and, with arrows like those of a venomous serpent, rendered his enemies chariotless. Nareshwar. Satyaki, who was quick to show prowess, also mounted another chariot and shot an arrow, throwing Duryodhana's chariot four kos away. From the sky, his chariot fell to the ground and was scattered like a speck of coal with chariots and horses. When Duryodhana fell from the chariot, he immediately fell unconscious. Then, in a fit of rage, Dronacharya released his enemy Sarana into the battlefield and struck Satyaki with a fiery arrow. Satyaki's chariot, along with the horses and charioteers, were burnt to ashes by the arrow, and Satyaki's limbs were paralyzed by the flames. 31-40 |

The king. Kritavarma, then enraged, defeated Bhuriko in the battlefield and came shouting more angrily at Drona. As soon as the hero arrived, he angrily shot arrows into the battlefield, leaving Acharya Drona unarmed and chariot-less, and cutting off his armor. Karna then became very angry and left Akrur in the field and struck Kritavarma with the same force as Swami Kartikeya had hurt Tarakasura with the same force. That force penetrated the earth by piercing Kritavarma's body. Kritavarma fell to the ground due to a broken heart. 41-44 |

Rajendra! Yudhishthira then defeated Shakuni in a fierce battle and rode over Karna in a chariot. As soon as he arrived, he released ten shayaks from his throne. When Karna saw the sycophants coming upon him, he struck them with his sycophants. On the battlefield, their two arrows rubbed against each other, sending sparks into the sky like lightning. Prithvi Nath! Yudhishthira was then enraged and shot sharp arrows with crow's wings at Karna's armor. The king! The arrows did not hit Karna's armor and fell to earth just as sinners fall to hell instead of heaven. Yudhishthira was astonished and Karna, laughing, made him chariotless on the battlefield with a variety of weapons. Seeing this, Bali attacked Karna with a fiery chariot, wiping out Dushasana on the battlefield. Bhaskar Nandan Karna saw Baliko coming and threw him away with the chariot with a wind-armed arrow. Bali fell one yojana further away. In the meantime, Samba arrived there again, killing the Kauravas in a fit of rage and revealing the darkness through Banarno. 45-53 |
