Śrīvedavyāsāji said, "Rajan! Get up in the Brahma Muhurta and chant the names of sages like Govinda, Gurudev, and Kashyapa repeatedly. Then he bowed to the land of Haribhakta and set his feet on the ground. Then all the devotees should take a dip and immediately sit on the asana with joy. With your hands folded, hold your breath and meditate on (Gurudev): "Lord Gurudev is wearing the jnanamudra, his form is very calm, and he is seated in the swastikasana. After meditating on Gurudev, the devotee should concentrate and meditate on Lord Shri Krishna Chandra - "The state of Shri Krishna Chandra is adolescent, Shyamal Shri Vigraha, who is very beautiful, adorned with hair and cane. 'Sriharika should thus go out after meditating. Your Majesty! How the householder is holy - now listen to that law in its entirety. 1-5 | (Shri VigyanKhand Chapter 6 to 10)
At the end of defecation with a mantra like 'Ashvakrante', take clay and purify it by applying clay and water once in the penis, thrice in the anus, ten times in the left hand, seven times in both hands, and three times in each foot. The brahmachari and the vanaprastha should be doubled from this. The purification of the ascetic who serves God is done by quadrupling it. Patient and passersby are to be sanctified by half of this, and Shudras and women by even half. Without defecation, all human activities become useless. There should also be purification of the mouth; for mantras are not fruitful to a man without purification of the mouth. 'One of the plants! Mayst thou bestow upon me age, strength, semen, fame, son, animal, wealth, celestial knowledge and wisdom. Accept the Daatun by chanting this mantra. Acacia, milkweed, cotton, unripe amla, banyan, castor, and foul-smelling trees are prohibited for Datun. Then pay obeisance to Lord Surya with folded hands with the chanting of this mantra 'Haritahaya'. Thereafter, may you be of sound mind and may you pay obeisance to the devotees of Lord Srihari, such as Prahlada. Take a bath by applying Tulasi clay. The ritual recitation of 'Srigangashtaka' and 'Yamunashtaka' should be done while performing the Shraana. Ayodhya, Mathura, Mayawati (Hardwar), Kashi, Kanchi, Avantika (Ujjain) and Dwaravatipuri (Dwarka) - these seven Puris are the givers of salvation. (Therefore these should also be remembered.) ) Shalagram in Mahayoga, Sambhalgram in Harimandir and Nandigram in Kosala - these three villages are called (remember these three villages). Dandakaranya, Sandhavaranya, Jambumarg, Pushkal, Utpalavarta, Naimisharanya, Kurujangal, Arbud, and Hemanta are the nine considered Aranyas. Take a bath by reciting the names of all these shrines repeatedly. After the bath, wear fine silk (non-violent) clothes. Hold twelve tilak and eight mudras. Then after doing dusk go to the temple of Lord Krishna in a pure silence. 6-19 |
Clapping bells, uttering words like "Jai Ho, Jai Ho," uttistottishtha govinda yoganidra vishya cha. "Lord Govinda! Abandon yogic sleep and get up - get up, king! This is the (Smarta) mantra to raise the Lord. Wake up Srihariko by pronouncing it. Then take the mangala-arati and rotate it on the face of the god. Then the devotee, who knows the influence of the country and time, and who knows the emotions, should bathe the Lord and adorn the Lord with auspicious garments. Later, perform an aarti and offer food to the Lord. Perform the aarti of Mahabhoga by making the Mahabhoga request of the best food items at various times of the year. Then make the Lord lie down. Then take the supreme offering containing the fragrance of Tulasi daily for yourself. One who worships God in this way, Nitya, becomes grateful - there is no doubt about it. After this, perform the Rajabhoga aarti by making a ritual meditative Rajabhoga request. Then make the Lord lie down. When there are four hours left in the day, lift the Sri Hari by blowing the conch shell as per the order; then perform the Sandhya Aarti and offer milk, etc. On the arrival of Pradosh Kaal, perform Pradosh Ka Aarti. At night, make Sriharika sleep by offering the best dessert. Rajendra! This is Raj Seva - a form of service only for kings. Hence its name 'Rajaji'. 20-28 | (Shri VigyanKhand Chapter 6 to 10)
A man devoted to the service of Lord Krishna attains the ultimate supreme position by saving a hundred of his clans. On Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Rama Navami, Radha Ashtami, Annakuta, Vamana Dwadashi, Nrusingh Chaturdashi, and Anant Chaturdashi, a grand puja of Lord Krishna should be performed. 29-30 |
