Death of Shuka, the creature form of Shakuni
Naradji says - Rajan. When Shakunika left, Lord Krishna called all the Yadavas like Pradyumra and said the following. 1.
Lord Shiva said, "In the past, in the northern part of Mount Sumeru, this demon named Shakuni satisfied Lord Shiva through penance by fasting for four ages. When the four Yugas had passed, the god Maheshwara appeared, pleased, and said, "Ask for a boon." The demon Shakuni paid obeisance to him. Her hair grew and tears of love welled up in her eyes. With folded hands, he said softly, "O Lord! If I die, I will come back to life as soon as I touch the ground and also in the sky, O God! May I not die for two hours. 'When the demon said this, the Lord gave him both the boons and gave him a parrot kept in a cage and said to the bowing demon, 'Innocent demon! This parrot is like your living organism. You must protect it at all times. The monster! When it dies, you should know that I am the one who died. Rudra Dev disappeared by giving him a boon in this way. Therefore, when the parrot dies in the castle, Shakunika will be killed. 2 - 8.
Naradji says - Having said this, in that assembly of heroes, Lord Devkinandan called Garuda to his feet and said with a smile. 9.
The Lord said, "The most intelligent Garuda! Listen to me, you go to Chandravatipuri. That Puri hundred yojana is extensive and surrounded by an army of daityas. It is adorned with skyscrapers and quaint gardens and gardens that seem to be enchanting with gold and jewels. It is adorned by large giants. He is guarded by daitya pungas in each of his forts and at his gates (go to that Puri and kill the parrot you caged inside Shakunika's palace). 10-11 |
Naradji says - Rajan! Garuda took on a subtle form to see that puri. They flew from one palace to another, visiting buildings and pillows, oblivious to the demons, to the House of Shakunika. Garudji stood there for a moment, searching for Shukki, the life form of the demon. At that time, the demon king Shakuni was taking various weapons for war there. The hero's heart was heavy with rage. The king! His wife Madalsa put both her hands on his waist and spoke. 12-15 |
Madalsa said, "O king! Prannath! All your friends, friendly brothers, and eccentric demons died in the battle. Do not go to war with the Yadavas, for Lord Srihari has come directly to their side. Offer them gifts at once, that will bring good fortune. 16-17 |
Shakuni said, "Dear! The Yadavas have killed my brothers by force, so I will surely kill them with my forces. By the boon of Lord Shiva, I will not die on the ground floor. Oh dear! My life-size pig currently exists on the beautiful Kite Mountain in the Chandranamaka Peninsula. A serpent named Shankhachuda protects her day and night. No one knows about this. Then how can I die? 18-20 | (Vishwajitkhand Chapter 36 to 40)
Naradji says - Rajan! Hearing the account of Shuka, the Divyavahana Garuda considered moving from there to the Chandranamaka peninsula. Flying at high speed, Garuda reached the seashore and started hovering in the sky while searching for the lunar island. The hundred yojanas, gazing out at the vast and roaring sea, reached the picturesque island of Sinhala from the bird king Garuda's lap. Garuda asked the people, 'What is the name of this place?' The answer was found to be Sihaldweep. 'Then flying from there, Garuda reached Lanka, situated on the top of the Trikuta mountain, with great speed. They flew to Lanka and from there to the island of Panchajanya. As he approached the ocean of Panchajanya, Garuda, the mighty bird king, felt very hungry. They caught a lot of fish with a sudden sharp beak. The same fish also got a big heavy mug, which was two yojanas long. He grabbed one of Garuda's legs and began to pull her underwater. The eagles used their strength to pull it towards the edge. The king! At that time, they had been fighting for two hours. The speed of the eagle was very strong. He struck the back of the crocodile with his sharp beak as if Yamaraja had struck it with a spear. At the same time he gave up the form of a crocodile and immediately became a great scholar. He bowed his head directly to the eagle and said it with a smile. 21-30 |
Vidyadhar said - I was a famous Vidyadhar named Hemkundal in the past. One day after joining the pantheon, I went to bathe in the Milky Way. There, Munisreshtha Kakutastha was already bathing. With a smile, I grabbed his leg and pulled him into the water. Then Kakutsthan cursed me and said, 'Wise man! But you have to be you. 'Then I pleased them with persuasive humility. He was soon pleased and gave the boon, saying, 'You will be released from the crocodile's vagina when the eagle's beak strikes.' 'Well done! Today, by your grace, I have been freed from the curse of the curse of the cursed sage. 31-34 |
Hearing this, Garuda Ashvarya was amazed, says Naradji. He paid obeisance to the sage and then took his flight, passing through the sky, to Ramanakadvipa. There, they went to Avartakadvipa after taking sacrifices from serpents, and after drinking sudha at Sudhakunda there, the mighty bird king reached Shukudvipa. There they asked me for the address of Chandradevipa. Then, at my behest, the bird eagles went north. In this way, they reached the mountain of Khageshwar Chandradwip. There, Vinthanandan saw the Jaladurga and the Agridurga. Mithileshwar! The mighty bird king took all the water forts in his beak and extinguished the fire forts with it. There stood up millions of demons who had slept at the gates of the mountain gorge. Garuda's war with them lasted for two hours. In the battle, Pakshiraja scattered many demons with his claws, some with his wings and knocked them down. The mighty bird king caught some of the giants with his spear and knocked them down on the mountain's surface and then lifted them and forcefully threw them into the sky. Some died, and the rest of the demons fled in ten directions. Thus, after slaying the demons, the Pakshirajas entered the cave. 42-50 | (Vishwajitkhand Chapter 36 to 40)
There he struck the head of a serpent named Shankhachuda with his shining leg. Shocked at the sight of the eagle, Shankhachuda hurriedly escaped by throwing the caged parrot into the water. The king! Garuda immediately thought of taking the caged duck in his beak and flying into the sky to the battlefield. By then, the great noise of the fleeing demons had begun. Nareshwar. The voice of the demons spread across the heavens and in all directions, shouting, "Parrot has taken, parrot has taken," and the people of the armies of the demons heard it. 51-54 |
The sound of 'parrot took away, parrot took away' reverberated through the heavens, the earth, and the universe. Hearing this, Shakuni, along with the Asuras, became suspicious. He immediately got up from Chandravatipuri with a spade and followed them angrily on hearing that 'Garuda has taken the parrot'. He struck Garuda with his staff, but they did not let go of the parrot. They continued to explore the seven seas and the seven islands. The demon king Shakuni pursued them in every direction and even within the sky. The king! Nagantaka Garuda went up to Koti Yojana while traveling in the sky. They were wounded by the demon's trident, but could not release the parrot from their mouths. 55-58 |
The king. On reaching high into the sky, Lac Yojana fell with great speed on the summit of Mount Sumeru like a caged oak stone. The cage was broken and the parrots flew away alive. Subsequently, Garuda went to Krishna in that great war. The king. The demon Shakuni returned to Chandravatipuri in peace. 59-61 |
