English translation

Appearance of the Divine

King Ugrasena said - You are the embodiment of Lord Shri Krishna. You have been very kind to me. I heard in detail the way Lord Krishna is worshipped directly from your face. It made me have a successful life. Ahhh! There is a lot of foolishness in the creatures. They have become addicted to greed, seduction, and intoxicants. This does not displease them, nor do they ever worship God. Oh my god. This mystic power of the universe is very wonderful. O Lord! Please explain how this infatuation came about and how it will be resolved. 1-3.

Srivyasji said - Just as many moons are visible in water, they are visible with the fickle speed of water, but in reality they are nothing but mere reflections, just as this illusion is spread as a reflection of the Supreme Lord. Under its influence, the world comes into being when a sense of 'me and I' is created. Virtues originate from Maya, time, conscience, and the body. Humans are bound by these to do the opposite. It is the effect of the senses that the child begins to feel in the mirror, the water in the sand, and the snake in the rope. The king! This world is a fascinating one. It is encoded as Rajoguna and Tamoguna. Sometimes, the virtue of sattva also appears. It is the luxury of the bead, the mere malice, and the illusion of illusion. It changes very quickly, just like the alatacra - know it this way. 'I've done it, done it and will do it; it's mine, it's yours; I'm happy, I'm sad; people are going to love me for no reason '- this is how man keeps saying. I am of the opinion that man has lost his intellect because of ego. 4 - 7. (Shri VigyanKhand Chapter 6 to 10)

Srivyasji said - Sanatana Prabhu is devoid of birth and death. Grief and infatuation do not wash over them either. There is no difference between puberty and old age. The ego - substance, sorrow, pleasure, fear, disease, hunger, thirst, lust, lust, and mental illness - they are indivisible. The soul that the sages have identified is harmless, without a body, has motion everywhere, is devoid of ego, pure strength, possesses all qualities, is transcendent in itself, pure and self-manifest, and is the embodiment of knowledge. That soul remains awake even when this world goes to sleep. This carnal man does not know Him, but He knows all. That is the primordial person. He sees everyone; but this creature cannot see him. I worship that pure and unadulterated soul. 9-11 |

Just as the air does not permeate the heavens through dust and fire through wood, and the pure crystal does not undergo any distortion through colours, it is not imbued with the qualities of the eternal Purusha. He is not the subject of knowledge by the literal sign, the consonant, the rhetorical connotations, the expressive words, and even the best qualities from the word 'Sat'; then how can a worldly being know him? How many people on earth call it 'karta', 'karma', 'kala', 'supreme beauty', and 'vichara'. But the Vedantists call him simply 'Brahman'. That Supreme Brahman is not touched by the qualities that arise from time. Maya, the senses, the mind, the mind, the intellect, and even the essence cannot receive it, the Veda cannot describe it, and like a spark in the fire, all beings merge with it. The same God is the Supreme Being. The saints, who are called Hiranyagarbha, Paramatmattva, and Lord Vasudeva, wandered unattached, disillusioned, contemplating the nature of the supreme deity. 12-16 |

Just as the same moon appears differently in many water vessels and the same fire is present in the infinite woods, so the same Supreme Lord God is residing inside and outside the various beings He has created. Just as the darkness of night is destroyed at sunrise and household objects begin to be visible to humans, so the darkness of ignorance escapes with the advent of knowledge. Then it is in the body that man attains Brahman. Just as the tendencies of the senses are different, and their differences lead to different interpretations of the qualities in the same subject, so is the radiant form of the infinite Supreme Lord God, while the scriptures of the sages are numerous, due to which they are described with distinction. I bow to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna Chandra, who is the true Srihari, who has become the nature of showing grace to his devotees, who is Kaivalyanatha, and who has redeemed King Nruga, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. 17-20 | (Shri VigyanKhand Chapter 6 to 10)

Thus, says Shrinaradji, Lord Vedavyasa accepted King Ugrasena's departure. He then disappeared there in the sight of all the Yadavas. I have narrated to you this' science section 'that promotes devotion to Lord Srihari. It has been described in detail. It has been said to provide salvation to the listeners. It is described by Gargacharya. Hence the fame of this text with the name Gargasamhita. This Samhita is the one who defeats all defects, the one who is most holy, and bestows all four types of pleasures. It is (so far) described in nine volumes - Goloka, Vrindavan, Giriraj, Madhurya, Mathura, Dwarka, Vishwajit, Balabhadra and Vijnana. Your Majesty! Just as the idol of Lord Krishna is adorned with nine excellent Rasas and the earth has been extremely adorned for nine years like India, this' Garga Samhita ', enshrined through these nine Khandas, continues to shine. Just as the golden seal on Lord Krishna's fingers is adorned with nine jewels, this Garga Samhita, in the form of a four-fold offering, is adorned with nine limbs, such as the Sarga and the Visarga. Your Majesty! Men who devoutly listen to the Munipranita Garga Samhita continuously find abundant bliss in the world and finally leave for Golokdham. If the Vandhya woman, also endowed with an ardent longing for many sons, listens to this Samhita by worshipping Pitambardhara Lord Krishna, she soon begins to move around the courtyard of her house, constantly accompanying many children. Hearing this story, the sick man is freed from diseases, the frightened man from fear, and the bound man from bondage. The poor person gets a lot of wealth and the fool can become a pundit right away. The wealthy king who listens to the 'Gargasamhita' recited by Munipranita in the month of Kartik will undoubtedly become the Chakravarti king and the great kings will hold his feet. He will be endowed with fast-moving Indus-dwelling horses like the bead chariot and huge elephants originating from the Vindhyagiri. Vaitalik and others will praise him and the bridegroom will serve him. Whoever has gold horns, copper backs, silver hooves, and is adorned with ornaments, after listening to each section, donates two such cows, all his desires are fulfilled. Janakji! If he listens to the entire 'Garga Samhita' with unwavering devotion, then the devotee, Lord Krishna, takes eternal residence on his heart's lotus. 21-33 |

Srigarghji said, "Brahman! Having said this, the visionary Lord Narada Muni took permission from King Bahulasva and ascended into the sky, watching everyone. Then King Bahulashvana, listening to this code of Lord Srihariki, considered himself a virtuous deed, devoted to Lord Krishna. O Brahman! I have stated this code when you ask me a question. It is the fruit of millions of sacrifices, whether heard or recited by others. 34-36 | (Shri VigyanKhand Chapter 6 to 10)

Srishankaji said, "Munivar! I was blessed and grateful to have you by my side. At the same time, I also received this supreme devotion that increases love for Lord Krishna. May Lord Krishna, the slayer of Kansa, protect you with his armour, who is the swan wandering in the form of the great heart of sages, whose flute is full of joy, whose art is spread throughout the world, who has incarnated in the lineage of Shurasena, and whom the saintly men have sung the praises of. Thus Munivar Gargacharya blessed all the sages. At the same time, they asked him for permission and agreed to leave. Gargaji then proceeded to Gargachal, presenting the "Garga-Samhita," consisting of nine limbs such as the Sarga-Visarga, which is heaven-giving and skilled in giving all four substances. I place in my heart the twin lotuses of Lord Sriradhapathi, which are becoming extremely detestable due to the adornment of the developed lotuses of the autumn season, the sage-like illusions that they consume constantly, which are covered with the symbols of Vajra and lotus, on which golden spikes are shining, which have always relieved the heat of the devotees and whose divine light is radiating. 37-40 |

Thus was completed the tenth chapter in the Narada Bahulashva-Samvadam under the Srivijana Khanda in the Srigarghasamhita, titled "The Apparition of the Supreme Being." 10.

[Nine volumes of the Srigargha Samhita were completed. Maharshi Gargacharya will resume the story and narrate the Ashvamedha Khanda to narrate the 'Ashvamedha' as it remained. Then the Gargasamhita will be completed. ]
