As a lamp set in a windless place, in a spot free of wind, does not flicker, does not move: that is the likeness recalled by the knowers of yoga, the seers of the movements of the mind, for the yogin of restrained inner instrument who, practising yoga, carries out the absorption of the Self. Thus, by the strength of the practice of yoga, the mind, become one-pointed and like a lamp in a windless place.
