Of things whose nature is to move, of the moving, I am the wind. Of weapon-bearers I am Rama. The being a weapon-bearer is here the glory, since there is nothing else. The Adityas and the rest, who are field-knowers abiding as the body of the Blessed One who abides as their self, are His attendant properties, and so stand in the place of His being a weapon-bearer.

He is 'Rama' because He is of the form of bliss, because He is full, and because the world delights (ramana) in Him. So the Shandilya branch says, 'He is of the form of bliss and without measure, and this world delights in Him; therefore He is Rama'. The derivation is 'ra and ama'.
