English Translation
People are in the hands of destiny, experiencing joy and sorrow accordingly. By keeping company with the wounded, one's own body gets stained. Disease clings to the body through indulgence; great happiness lies in renunciation. Says Tuka, the soul was frightened and came out of all of it entirely.
