English Translation
I have set down the sense of being this body and rest quietly at the feet of Vithoba. Knowing what is good for me, God Himself takes care of what lies ahead. Therefore, neither joy nor sorrow enters my mind when I hear any news. I have become detached, at ease, and alone, having placed my entire burden upon Vitthal. Says Tuka, the one whose mark I bear, He alone knows my true welfare.
