English Translation

Thieves of small cunning set out to steal, but in the end they are robbed themselves. There is no profit; one only loses hands, ears, and feet. The witless person is fit for nothing. To go along with such a one is to share his fate. Says Tuka, one who does not know the secret has karma descend upon him.
