English Translation
Shut the door in the face of desire and provide only what is needed for sustenance. This is the sign that Narayana has entered within: contentment of mind is His mark. At all times, one should reflect with discrimination upon the nature of the Self. Says Tuka, the more one turns toward devotion, the more one feels God's nearness.
