English Translation
We who live close to Him have come to know Him just as He is. There is nothing crooked in Krishna's heart. People are tormented by their own desires and projections, each according to their own nature, while He, the witness of karma, simply watches the play with delight. He plays the game without ever falling under its spell; the weight of consequence falls on each according to their own doing. Some fall, and some solve the puzzle. Says Tuka, the cowherd boy Krishna holds the morsel in His hand and distributes to each according to their strength.
