English Translation

Why will you not be still, child? Why not cry out in surrender? Gather your courage, for you are already exposed and ashamed. You were free, so why have you fallen under the throw? Now the weight piled on top cannot be lifted. You gathered a crowd and suddenly locked in an embrace; one was seized, while many climbed onto his back. What is below comes above, and what is above sinks below; none can escape as long as they remain entangled in this game. When you leave one spot, the next player grabs your hand; whoever rises will fall, so listen well to this truth. Says Tuka, how long can you control your hands and feet? Better not to have started playing at all than to have the throw fall against you.
