English Translation

I cannot bear obstructive words. My mind grows deeply troubled. That is why I cannot bear worldly company. Sitting alone feels sweet to me. I am weary of the body's claims and the company of desires. I am repelled by them now. Says Tuka, whatever causes God to grow distant, whatever grows from the net of desire and delusion, that only increases sorrow.
