English Translation

Do not cling to attachments; remain steady and still. Do not let the stain of possessiveness touch you. This is what is called true non-duality, true knowledge of Brahman; without direct experience, all talk is mere chatter. Conquer the senses, destroy desire, and let not even a thought of craving rise in the mind. Says Tuka, let no sense of separateness enter your heart; within, let there be a dwelling place of bliss.
