English Translation

Change the direction of your mind and hold on to something real. This human body will not come again. You make no effort for your own good, lost in the pursuit of home, family, and wealth. A treasure has fallen into your hands by chance. Otherwise, you would suffer the agony of the womb again. Coming and going endlessly, falling into the pit of hell: this is the pattern. Says Tuka, remember God while you still have this body, or else nothing good will come of it.
