English Translation
A born soldier recognizes another true soldier. His respect is reserved only for such a one. Those who take up arms merely for a livelihood are recognized for what they are, mere conscripts. The genuine, battle-tested one is known by his wounds. No fraud can hide before a true judge. Says Tuka, I bow to people because they are God, yet I know well the marks of those who have truly lived this truth.
