English Translation
A diamond placed upon the anvil survives the blows of the hammer. Only such a one proves its true worth; the counterfeit is crushed to powder. The philosopher's stone reveals its nature when the thread beside it refuses to burn. Says Tuka, only that one is a true saint who endures the blows the world deals.
