English Translation
A faithless, adulterous person cannot be trusted; even his own wife cannot rely upon him. One whose mind is always bent toward deceit and theft assumes that everyone else is the same. Says Tuka, whatever desire dwells in a person's heart, that is the lens through which they see the whole world.
