English Translation

The company of the wicked stinks like excrement; seeing them, keep your distance. Listen, good people: do not engage or quarrel with them. The wicked carry a permanent impurity; their speech flows like an unclean discharge. Fear the wicked as you would fear a rabid dog that charges at anyone in sight. Associating with the wicked brings no good; the scriptures prescribe exile from the very land they inhabit. Says Tuka, how much more can be said? The wicked person's very body is a hellish torment.
