English Translation

Milk, curds, and buttermilk serve to nourish the body, but among them, clarified butter is the essence. This is the secret that we simple-hearted devotees hold in our hands, and therefore we have fixed Rama in our hearts. Ore, calcium, and sand serve the fire's purpose, but otherwise, who would carry such a load? Says Tuka, one must guard and watch over oneself until the great treasure comes into hand.
