English Translation
I have received the grace I wished for; my mind is now at peace. My Mother and Father stands as a generous giver, His lotus feet joined together upon the brick. He comes to my care and never allows any want. He preserves my dignity as it ought to be. Says Tuka, He is within and without, embracing each one as that one needs.

What it means
Tukaram is reporting a prayer answered and the settled peace that follows. The grace he asked for has come, and his restless mind has finally come to rest. He calls Vithoba his Mother and Father, standing on the brick at Pandhari with feet joined, and says this parent attends to him so completely that no lack is allowed to reach him. He notes too that God guards his standing, keeping his honor intact rather than only meeting his needs. The closing thought is the frame the poem leaves unspoken: this God is present inside and outside alike, and embraces each person exactly according to what that person requires.
