English Translation
The wealth of contemplation is this: profit at every moment. Dwell within my chitta and keep me awake with certainty. Wherever the mind wanders, place the Sudarshana disc as a barrier. Says Tuka, let me dance with abandon and feel no shame.

What it means
Tukaram names the steady gain of contemplation: constant remembrance of God pays out in every moment. He asks God to dwell within him and keep him spiritually awake, and where the wandering mind tries to escape, to throw the Sudarshana disc across its path like a guard. The image makes devotion active, with God himself fencing the mind back toward Him. He ends in open joy, asking to feast and dance in love without any embarrassment before others.
