English Translation
We are the beloved children, born of love's delight. Our desires are bound to Your feet; we have made even Brahman-knowledge into mere chaff. I watch the road, my eyes set on Pandhari, pressing toward the source. Says Tuka, once I reach that place, I will behold all things entire.

What it means
Tukaram speaks as a child secure in a parent's love, even a little willful with it, born of sheer delight rather than effort. Every wish he has is bound to God's feet, and from that vantage he treats even the lofty knowledge of Brahman as mere husk next to the living presence. His eyes stay on the road to Pandhari, straining toward the source. The last line holds the promise: arrival at that place is what will finally let him see all things whole.
