—then no room remains for the doubt that he would be separated from Śrī Svāminījī. In the Uttarakāṇḍa of Vālmīki and in the Śrī Kośalakhaṇḍa composed by Vyāsa, as in many other works wherever the mahārāsa is described, he remains with Śrī Svāminījī while simultaneously performing the rāsa-play with innumerable attendants. Even the sage Saubhari belongs to the class of individual souls, yet he possessed the power to assume a hundred bodies and introduce the same self into them all, so that every queen thought her husband was with her alone. What doubt, then, can there be concerning the Supreme Brahman? Nārada once entertained the same doubt: how could Lord Kṛṣṇa live with his many chief queens? When he went to Dvārakā, he saw the Lord upon the bed of every queen and all doubt vanished. If this is true of an avatāra, what need be said of the source of all avatāras? One should regard the Divine Couple one worships as all-pervasive, not confined to one place, because worship proceeds with majesty and sweetness united. This tradition is established in Vedic doctrine. The Upaniṣadic revelation describes Brahman thus: ‘That is full; this is full. From fullness, fullness arises. Taking fullness from fullness, fullness alone remains.’ The meaning is that even when fullness is taken from the complete Brahman, the full remains full. Even while assuming many forms, completeness abides in every one. This is Brahman's majesty—the majesty of God. The root topic of sūtra 212 continues.
