—हेयोपादेयरहिता नैव प्रकृतिजा क्वचित्॥ पद्मपुराणे— यो वेत्ति भौतिकं देहं रामस्य परमात्मनः। मुखं तस्यावलोक्यापि सचैलं स्नानमाचरेत्॥ श्रीमद्वाल्मीकि उत्तरकाण्ड श्रीभरतजी का वचन। ये च त्वां घोरचक्षुर्भिर्द्रक्ष्यन्ति प्राणिनो भुवि— हतास्ते ब्रह्मदण्डेन सद्यो निरयगामिनः॥ अर्थात् हे रामभद्रजी! जो आपको दुष्ट दृष्टि से देखता है अर्थात् पूर्ण परात्पर ब्रह्म नहीं मानता वह दण्ड से ताड़ित होकर शीघ्र नरक में जाता है। और यह भी लिखा है कि अयोध्यां च परित्यज्य प्रदेशमन्यं गच्छति। और रावणादिका वध करना भी सीखा है और मारीच दिव्यमङ्गलमय विग्रह को खुले रूप में देखता था और मानस चौपाई— क्षण महँ प्रभुहि मिले भगवाना। उमा मरम यह काहुँ न जाना॥ और सर्ग नई अपवर्ग समाना। जहाँ तहाँ देखे धरे धनुबाना॥ और हरि व्यापक सर्वत्र समाना। प्रेम ते प्रगट होहिं मैं जाना॥ और श्रुति ऋग्वेद मं० ६ अ० ४ सू० ४७ नं० १८ में लिखा है कि ‘रूपं रूपं प्रतिरूपो बभूव’ अर्थात् परमेश्वर अपने अनन्त सामर्थ्य से अनेक रूप वाला होता है। और अवतार के पहले श्रीमधुरात रूपाजी को श्रीयुगलसरकार अपने दिव्यमङ्गलविग्रह से दर्शन दिये रहे इत्यादि अनेकों प्रमाण हैं। जब सरकार अनन्त दिव्यमङ्गलविग्रहवाले एक ही काल में हो—

—It is devoid of anything to be rejected or acquired and is never born of material nature anywhere. The Padma Purāṇa says: ‘Whoever regards the body of the Supreme Self Rāma as material should, after merely seeing that person's face, bathe fully clothed.’ In the Uttarakāṇḍa of the Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇa, Bharata says: ‘Those creatures on earth who look upon you with terrible eyes are struck by Brahmā's rod and at once go to hell.’ That is, O Rāmabhadra, one who views you with an evil eye—who does not accept you as the complete, supreme Brahman—is punished and swiftly goes to hell. It is also written of one who abandons Ayodhyā and goes elsewhere. The killing of Rāvaṇa and the others is also described, and Mārīca openly beheld the divine auspicious form. The Mānas says: ‘In an instant he met the Lord; Umā, no one knew this secret’; ‘Every new state appeared like liberation; everywhere he saw the bow-bearing Lord’; and ‘Hari pervades everywhere alike; I know that he manifests through love.’ Ṛgveda 6.4.47.18 says, ‘In each form he became its corresponding form’: by his infinite power the Supreme Lord assumes many forms. Even before the avatāra, the Divine Couple granted Śrī Madhurāt Rūpājī a vision in their divine auspicious form; there are many such proofs.
