English Translation
His hand trembles at the thought of giving, yet his tongue boasts endlessly on the same subject. In holy gatherings he speaks empty words; it is like mixing asafoetida into milk, spoiling everything. He will not go on pilgrimage, saying, "Why should I spend?" Says Tuka, when there is nothing in the heart, nothing can take outward form.
