English Translation
Only when the merit of many births accumulates in great abundance does one become a devotee of Hari, gracious and compassionate in heart. Such a one sees Hrishikesha in all beings and shows compassion toward every creature. God never abandons that soul and follows behind wherever it goes. Says Tuka, the Lord is formless and absolute, a fortress of diamond for those who surrender. Whoever has followed him has been freed from rebirth.
