English Translation
There are three kinds of seeing: by obligation, by hearsay, and by direct experience. As is the devotion, so is the fruit; the rain of the Swati star is one water for all. One who sees, one who tells, and one who partakes: the gulf between them is vast. Says Tuka, a diamond is recognized by the jeweler; to the fool it is merely a pebble.
