English Translation
Kings and people, you call everything your own, but when death comes, nothing remains. All the mind's busyness and worldly illusion are false. Abandon pride and worship Govinda. The beauty of kingdoms and the splendor of mountains belong to God alone. Says Tuka, do not weep over what was always destined to perish. You foolish one, you have deceived yourself.
