English Translation
The soldiers have blazed the trails and broken through enemy stores of provisions. They seized supplies from enemy camps and protected their own people. Whatever is spoken without authority is mere babble, unable to accomplish anything real. If anyone strays from the path, the soldiers punish them, so that others may learn. Says Tuka, having won the trust of the whole world, these soldiers grant happiness to all.
