English Translation
One who goes to Pandhari forgets even mother and father. One becomes entirely Panduranga, for He takes hold of the entire being. Wealth and honor lose their value; one becomes indifferent to the body. Says Tuka, that holy place instantly destroys all impurity.

What it means
Tukaram describes what Pandhari does to the one who goes there. The pull of family loosens, even the deep ties to mother and father, because God takes possession of the whole person and the pilgrim becomes wholly Panduranga's. Wealth and honor stop mattering, and even attachment to the body falls away. The closing line names the power directly: simply being in that holy place burns off impurity at once, with no slow effort required.
