English Translation
The longing of one who cries out is fulfilled when what he pines for arrives. Just so has my mind become; it will not rise from Your feet. The weary traveler, finding shelter, rests at the halting place. Says Tuka, shade meets the one who is scorched, and it feels so good.

The longing of one who cries out is met when what he aches for comes. So it is now with my mind. It will not rise from your feet. The tired traveler reaches shelter and rests at the halting place. Tuka says: shade meets the one who is scorched, and it feels so good.
What it means
Tukaram speaks from the moment when long ache finally arrives at its object. The one who cried out has now received what he pined for, and so his mind, having reached Vitthal's feet, will not get up from them. He gives two homely pictures of the relief: the weary traveler who at last finds the inn and lies down, and the one burnt by sun who steps into shade. The verse is about arrival, the simple physical sweetness of rest after long want.
