English Translation
My end has turned out beautifully; it has become exceedingly sweet. I have come home to my true family's dwelling and met the Lord of Rukmini. All the sorrows of the past have been dissolved. Says Tuka, now my tongue has found its true fulfillment; let it drink its fill.

What it means
Tukaram speaks from the far side of a long struggle and finds it has ended sweetly. The journey home is the soul's return to its true family and its meeting with the Lord of Rukmini, Vitthal. With that arrival, every past sorrow simply dissolves, as if it never had weight. The closing image is one of fulfillment rather than restraint: his tongue, worn from calling out, has reached what it longed for, so now it may drink the Name to the full without measure.
