English Translation
To whom shall I surrender but You, O Narayana? I see no one like You in all the three worlds. I have searched through the Puranas and examined all the scriptures. Says Tuka, I remain rooted at Your feet.

To whom shall I go for refuge, Narayana, if not to you? I see no one like you anywhere in the three worlds. I have looked through the Puranas. I have searched the scriptures everywhere. Tuka says: I am fixed here. I have settled fast at your feet, and there I stay.
What it means
Tukaram declares that his search has ended at one place only. He asks where else he could surrender, and answers that nowhere in the three worlds is there another like Narayana. This is not said blindly; he has gone through the Puranas and searched the scriptures, and the searching only confirmed it. So he stops looking outward and roots himself, fastened at God's feet, with no thought of going elsewhere.
