देहभाव आह्मी राहिलों ठेवूनि । निवांत चरणीं विठोबाच्या ॥1॥
आमुच्या हिताचा जाणोनि उपाव । तो चि पुढें देव करीतसे ॥ध्रु.॥

जालों मी निःसंग निवांत एकला । भार त्या विठ्ठला घालूनियां ॥3॥

English Translation
I have set aside the body-sense and rest quietly at the feet of Vithoba. Knowing what is good for me, God Himself takes care of what lies ahead. Therefore, neither joy nor sorrow arises in the manas when words reach my ears. I have become detached, at ease, and alone, having placed my entire burden upon Vitthal. Says Tuka, He to whom I belong, He alone knows my true welfare.

What it means
Tukaram lets go of identifying with the body and settles, quiet, at Vithoba's feet. Once he trusts that God knows his welfare and is managing whatever is to come, the future stops being his to worry over. The practical fruit is evenness: praise or blame, pleasant or harsh words, no longer swing his mind, because he is no longer the one in charge of outcomes. Having handed the entire burden to Vitthal, he can be detached, at peace, and alone, content that the one he belongs to is the only one who truly knows what is good for him.
