सत्य सत्यें देतें फळ । नाहीं लागत चि बळ ॥1॥

तुका ह्मणे भावें । शरण ह्मणवितां बरवें ॥3॥

English Translation
Truth itself bears fruit through truth. No force is needed. Contemplate God's feet; patience is the remedy above all. Worry need not be carried at all; it does not reach the essence of things. Says Tuka, it is good to be called one who has taken refuge, with sincere devotion.
