—and, bowing in petition, I worship the lotus feet of Rāma. (21: circumambulation) Homage again and again to Raghubara and Sītā; homage again and again to Sītā-Rāma. Protect me, protect me, jewel of Raghu's line! Victory to the abode of compassion and bliss. (22) Homage again and again to Lakṣmaṇa and Bharata; homage to Lord Śatrughna. Homage to devotion, to Hanumān, and to the guru and lord Śrī Kāmendra. (23) I do not know the method of worship, nor any comparable act of obeisance. Rasarangamaṇi seeks refuge: forgive my sins, Sītā-Rāma. (24: prayer) Dark Lord and fair Lady, givers of repose and more delightful than ten million Loves: happily sleep within your own house in my heart, Sītā-Rāma. (25) Those who read this Twenty-Fivefold Worship of Rāma worship Sītā-Rāma. Blessed are the people who dwell in the holy abode and repeat the name of Sītā's Lord. (26) Thus ends the Twenty-Fivefold Worship of Śrī Sītā-Rāma. Homage to the venerable Rāmānanda. Now the Nine Verses on Rāma's Tilaka. (1) Scripture says the place imagined from the Lord's feet is the foundation. Make the tilaka from sacred earth in the form of Hari's footprint. (2) Each line, finger by finger, joyfully marks the two feet. Keeping a space of two fingers between them, place Śrī's form there. (3) The saints call a tilaka four fingers wide excellent; make it from one-third of the nose upward to the hairline. (4) On the right and left sides of the tilaka are Śiva and Śrī Hari, with the prescribed center between them. One who smears over that central place is exceedingly base. (5) Three fingers is called middling and two fingers inferior; know a tilaka less than two fingers in breadth to be futile. (6) Without Rāma's tilaka a child looks ugly, like a ghost; with the tilaka, says Rasarangamaṇi, the holy form shines. (7) On the two sides of the tilaka place the beautiful names Sītā and Rāma. The forehead marked with the Lord's name—
