[मूल — चौपाई] परम तत्त्व राम सिय लहिये। तिनके गुणगण नितप्रति कहिये॥ [सुजन-प्रबोधिनी सरल टीका] पूर्वोक्त सब वेद पुरान श्रुति, स्मृति, संहितादिकों में आया है। प्राप्त है कि परे से परे तत्त्व श्री सीताराम जी महाराज ही हैं। इनसे परे कोई कुछ भी तत्त्व नहीं है। सो इसी को लहिये यानी प्राप्त करना चाहिये। किसी अपर वस्तु के लिये नहीं भटकते फिरना चाहिये। यानी किसी दूसरे देवताओं की आशा नहीं करना चाहिये। अर्थात् श्री युगल सरकार ही सबसे परे तत्त्व श्री सीताराम जी हैं। इस सिद्धान्त को हमेशा हृदय में दृढ़ता पूर्वक धारण करे रहना चाहिये। इत्यादि। फिर जिनको हृदय में धारण किया है (श्री सीताराम जी को) उन्हीं के गुण समूहों को हमेशा नित प्रति नेम पूर्वक गाते रहना चाहिये। और किसी भी समय न भूलना चाहिये। और जिन्होंने श्री सीताराम जी को प्राप्त किया है, और जिनको श्री सीताराम जी के गुण गणों में प्रीति है। और प्रीति द्वारा जिन्होंने श्री सीताराम जी के गुण गणों को प्राप्त किया है अर्थात् श्री सरकारों के गुणगणों का जिनके हृदय में संचार है। जिनके हृदय की परे से परे परम प्रभु के गुण गणों में प्रीति है। वही सर्व प्रकार से सर्व योग्यता को प्राप्त किये हैं। ऐसा समझना चाहिये।
[Root — Chaupai] Attain Rāma and Sīyā, the supreme Reality; day after day, speak of Their hosts of qualities. [Sujana-prabodhinī Simple Commentary] All the foregoing Vedas, Purāṇas, texts of śruti and smṛti, saṃhitās, and so forth state and establish that Śrī Sītā-Rāma Jī Mahārāja alone are the Reality beyond the beyond. There is no reality whatsoever beyond Them. Therefore one should attain precisely Them. One should not wander after some other object; that is, one should place no hope in other deities. In other words, Śrī Sītā-Rāma Jī, the Divine Couple, alone are the Reality beyond all. One should always hold this principle firmly in the heart, and so forth. Then, having held Śrī Sītā-Rāma Jī in the heart, one should always sing Their hosts of qualities every day according to a regular discipline, and should never forget Them at any time. Those who have attained Śrī Sītā-Rāma Jī, who love Śrī Sītā-Rāma Jī's hosts of qualities, and who through love have attained those hosts of qualities—that is, those in whose hearts the Divine Couple's qualities have entered and whose hearts love the qualities of the supreme Lord beyond the beyond—should be understood to have attained every kind of fitness in every respect.
