[मूल — चौपाई] खखा खोजहु बेद पुराना। श्रुति स्मृति संहिता प्रमाना॥ [सुजन-प्रबोधिनी सरल टीका] खकार व्यंजन द्वारा श्री रसिक अली जी महाराज इशारा करते हुये कह रहे हैं, कि यदि पूर्वोक्त बातों में तुमको कहीं कुछ सन्देह हो तो, वेदों को पुराणों को श्रुति स्मृति संहितादि ग्रन्थों में खोज लो, (देख लो) कि सत संगत का कितना उच्च प्रभाव तथा महात्म्य है॥ और कितनी प्रशंसा की गई है। तथा सत संगत को कितनी मान प्रतिष्ठा दी गई है॥ पूर्वोक्त ग्रन्थों में कही हुई बातों का भारी प्रमाण है। पूर्वोक्त ग्रन्थों में खोजने से वस्तु को पावोगे, सीधी ऊपर ही नहीं रक्खी है। क्योंकि बिना परिश्रम के तो लोक की कोई वस्तु प्राप्त नहीं होती। तो फिर परलोक के लिये कहना ही क्या है। यानी जब परिश्रम से खोजोगे तब सब समझ जाओगे। फिर किसी बातों में संदेह नहीं रहेगा। इत्यादि।
[Root — Chaupai] Khakhā: Search the Vedas and Purāṇas; the śruti, smṛti, and saṃhitās are the proof. [Sujana-prabodhinī Simple Commentary] Through the consonant kha, Śrī Rasik Alī Jī Mahārāja indicates: if you harbor any doubt about the preceding teachings, search the Vedas, the Purāṇas, and the texts of śruti, smṛti, saṃhitā, and so forth—look there and see how exalted the power and greatness of holy company are, how highly it has been praised, and what honor and standing holy company has been given. The statements made in those aforementioned texts constitute weighty proof. By searching those texts you will find the reality; it has not simply been set out on the surface. Without effort no worldly object is obtained, so what need is there to speak of the world beyond? That is, when you search with effort you will understand everything, and no doubt about anything will remain. And so forth.
