English Translation
He knows what is wished for in the mind and fulfills the inner longing by its own signs. Night or day, one cannot tell; the divine spirit plays within the body. The devotee who has made a vow experiences all nine flavors of devotion; nothing is withheld. Says Tuka, He gives equally to all, standing on even feet.
