English Translation
The path cannot be walked without provisions in hand; the body suffers, and one must beg along the way. Do not do this to yourself. All of you, constantly say Rama, Rama. If you waste time pampering wife and children without uttering Rama's name, you will fall into Yama's hands and be tormented through eighty-four lakh births. One whose mouth never holds Rama's name is a self-slayer. Says Tuka, such a fool has no shame at all.
